  1. Guys the history post was about my wife getting greencard process. She succeeded and got it last year january. Now its my turn to file for it.
  2. No just my wife has greencard, im still without it and still didnt file for it so im just asking to see if we can proceed with my papers even if she is filing for re-entry permit.
  3. Hey guys, i have a question: my wife is a greencard holder and she is filing a re-entry permit to protect her greencard because she has a phd to finish outside USA. As im her husband she wants also to file a spouse visa to get also greencard later. Can she file for a re-entry permit and also a spouse visa at the same time for the reason to not waste our time waiting for my documents to finish once my files are accepted by USCIS ?
  4. We entered the US, the main applicant and myself and changed my address at the cbp at the airport. But i read that the postal service address should be also changed. I dont know if it will be automatically changed. Thats why im asking. And im not living with my sponsor, we are living in a different state. I dont want my papers to go to the sponsor, i want them to sent to me Even if i changed the address at CBP in US ?
  5. After entering the US, is it enough to change the address using the USCIS account and informing the US Postal service in order to have the green card and other papers sent to the new address ? Is there any website that shows my current address information and the previously updated addresses?
  6. Address of getting the greencard. Its a family sponsor immigration
  7. Hey guys i have one question, if my mom is a primary applicant, i can’t change her address from USCIS. When i change it it is rejecting it. I changed for other family members and it worked but my mom as primary applicant didn’t. Is this a rule or it can be fixed?

You've posted this on your profile, not in the forums. So would suggest you ask again on the forums, giving full details (what stage you're at, is it a US address or foreign one, what kind of application, etc) and no doubt somebody will help.

  10. Strange i asked lawyer and he said that you can now go without primary applicant
  11. Hey guys one quick question, once i arrived at the airport what are the necessary procedure to activate my greencard, is it going to take time? Can someone explain?
  12. Hey guys, i just got my visa for US immigration (family sponsor based), i know that i should travel to US before the expiry date of my visa. The thing is that i cannot move to the US right away but i need to get my greencard. Can you please clarify the necessary steps for the permanent residence? How long does it take to get it? If i pay USCIS fees before travelling, does it accelerate the process? Should I receive it in person or someone can get it instead of me.
