Still wondering till now when to recieve our NOA2, we got our NOA1 April 7. You think guys were on our way soon?

Unfortunately, you still have to wait the way vsc is going. I hope I am wrong. I received NOA1 in Feb 25 and still waiting. Not any touch until Aug 26 when case transfered from VSC to CSC. @ CSC last touch on Sept. 1.

VSC and CSC needs to start approving I-130. Best of luck.

I tried to log in in the website from USCIS, but is down the processing times side, anyone have the same problem? even when I tried to go cases status online, I don't know if is my laptop that have problems or is the site from Uscis.

It is working good. I just log in and didn't have any problem.

My case transfered from VSC to CSC on August 26. I sent I-130 on Feb 8; VSC received on Feb 10 and I received NOA 1 on Feb. 25. Please add me on spreadsheet where we track all transfer from Vermont to California. Thanks.

Case transfered to CSC from VSC on August 26. Any activity on my case after six months mark. Unfortunately, activity is not approval but transfered. At least something from VSC. Let's see what CSC has to do. VSC and CSC start approving I-130. That's all I have to say.

I filed in february. One normal touch on Feb. 26th, case information available online. After Feb. 26th nothing. I hope they do something. either move it to CSC or start working @ VSC.

USCIS updated processing dates but not a good news. still July 30 for VSC. CSC did move up to Dec. 2007. come on VSC move with CSC.

Delicia, sorry to see that you got RFE but look at the bright side. Once you submit requested documents, you will get an approval. You waited long time. You deserve approval sooner rather than later.

We are almost at 120 days between NOA1 and NOA2, how many of you out there are in the same boat ? ?

I am in same situation. I wish I could do something. There are some people who has more than 200 days between NOA1 and NOA2. Both service centers are slow. very slow.

WE GOT APPROVED!! AAHHHH!!! I'm SOOOO excited! I checked my mail today and got the letter I have been waiting for 6 months! We were January filers so I'm sure a lot of you will be getting approvals soon! I was so happy I was crying today! All of the stress and emotion of the past 6 months has finally been lifted.

GOD IS SO GOOD!

Our case was touched on June 4, but the status wasn't updated in the system and I never received an e-mail. I think this touch was our approval because I just got the letter today (well I guess it came in the mail yesterday since today is Sunday!)

I'm soooo happy and good luck to the rest of you, hang in there, yours will come soon!

congratulation on your approval. VSC and CSC didn't have any approval in while except expedite. Glad to hear approval. It is not expedite, is it?
