    I’ve got a question. So you were only able to submit your affidavit and other documents required by NVC after the 2 weeks wait?

    It’s giving that based on the pattern of approvals which has been occurring on the 7th week after their PD, it happens to be accurate as of now. You’re almost there, just be patient🙏 and it could come earlier if USCIS starts to do better.

    Based on the RFEs I’ve seen from May to June, it’s usually within 3-6 days. Someone on here received RFE on same 26th and got a response on 31st, so hopefully this week you get a response or you can try calling on Monday and inquire.

    Congratulations. It’s crazy how all those backgrounds checks suddenly got done, meanwhile they had your case sitting down there and you deal with the frustration of being away from your loved one and other cases get approved. I don’t believe a thing USCIS says anymore, they just don’t care for the most part.

    Don’t lose hope pls, lately it seems some people get approved when they received the first active review not even the date they filed. Hopefully by weekend or next week you get a second review🙏
