I am a male, born and raised in America. Want to marry a woman in morocco god will. Of course everything I read online I have gotten bits and pieces of information. No where near the US Embassy that's provided
I have the following documents "I learned the hard way". They needed to be apostille. Even if it says "Certified Electronically" on the documents. Wasted time that way.
But how many copies do I need Apostille? They love that golden seal. But hey are pretty expensive to only get one. I want to have everything ready before I go.
I have my Divorce documents - Already apostille
I have my FBI background - Already apostille
I have my Birth Certificate - Already apostille
I have the Casablanca appointment with the U.S Embassy.
I have the criminal background check ready to pickup in Rabat "I did a request online".
I have my W2/Paystubs ready. - "Does it need an Apostille?"
I have extra photos ready.
I am Muslim, I received a letter from my local Mosque stating I am Muslim. But apparently I have to also get one in Morocco?
Am I missing anything? Would anyone know how many copies I need for each? Because I hear some people end up keeping some of the documents and won't return it.
Also is there Forums I need to fill out here in the U.S for the embassy in Morocco before hand? Would anyone know the document names or forum numbers please.
