Thank you for your info. I did not know the standard wait time was 3 months, pre-COVID. Hopefully, there isn't a huge backlog for the Panamanian Consulate. Do people typically try to contact the consulate? Or just best to wait it out? -
Hi, We were DQ'd back in July 2023 and we are still waiting for an interview date to be set in Panama. Based on this forum, looks like other couples are getting their interview dates about a month after being DQ'd. Is there anything that we can do? I've contacted NVC and they said they are still waiting for the Embassy to provide interview dates. Its pretty difficult to get a person to talk to at the Embassy and I've tried to email them, but no response so far. The CEAC states that our case is still at the NVC (which shouldn't it be with the Embassy?). Any guidance is much appreciate - the waiting game is brutal. Thank you
