I'm at VSC and they have this RFE almost one month now and nothing new CR-1 take some time jus wait coz if u call they wont give eny info they well say we dont know and u have to wait ... good luck

VSC was approved the Expedite and i get like 5 or 6 touchs and they hold my visa for RFE and my wife sent what they want and they have this paper almost one month now and we hear nothing and my wife call 2 time and them say we cant give you eny info ... what we can do now ? so much wait and we already have Expedite ... can enyone tell me what about this .... thank you ...

Hi everybody ... My wife was sent a paper August 26 to send a copy our our marriage contract again in arabic. She sent this paper August 28 and it was signed for by a person Sept 3... We have yet to see a change on our case online to show that they recieved these papers. My wife called and they told her this was normal that sometimes its not updated but that doesnt mean that they did not recieve the papers. What should we do. they said wait 60 days and if nothing call again. We got an expedite approved why wait so long. And what if they did not get the papers what are we to do. Has anyone gone through a situation like this one. If anyone has adivce please help. Thanks

hi everybody .. VSC was hold my case till we send them evidence them ask for .. and my wife got latter today from them , they ask for a copy marriage contract by arabic , but we already sent this before with first package .. why they want this again .. can enyone tell me why they want this again ?

SAME THING HAPPENED TO US.. BUT THIS TIME I PAID MORE AND SENT THEM A "COLOR" COPY!

I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM NOR HAS MY CASE BEEN TOUCHED.

what COLOR you mean ORIGINAL or copy but color ,,, my wife sent already like 5 day's ago but black copy in this latter they ask for copy or original but my wife sent copy ,

WE EXPEDITE AT VSC THIS ALSO WELL BE EXPEDITE AT NVC AND ALL THE PROCESS AND WHAT ABOUT EVERYTHING MAKE THEM APPROVED ..... ( LING LING SAID ) Of course, USCIS and NVC can make your life a living hell if you don't have everything in order to get to the Embassy WHAT ABOUT THIS THINGS ....

Once vermont approves this visa i know that it well go to anther center where my wife well send more papers like affidaviat of support. Now my questions is, once my visa is approved in Vermont can it be denied because of not enough funds like in the affidavat of support papers. i know that she makes enough but this is just a incase question.
