hi everybody ..!!!
today started bad, I burned my husband journal ...with a canddle,, accidently of course ...
I also burned my fingers bringing that in the sink ...
my afternoon was depressing, I still can't find a job !
and guess what ? I just went to the mail, and I got my GREEN CARD today !!!
I think that was the best way to make me smile today !!!
I wish the same to all of you ..umm not the canddle and everything, just the GC !!!!!!

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.
On January 22, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I can see that we are more and more getting all our papers on the way !! And I am in, I got my EAD card yesterday in the mail, feels good to see that I can finally can do something.

is it normal, that I don't have any stamp in the National Benfit center Parole Stamp place ? ?

Hi everybody!!
Just yesterday, the day I was not at home and crazy and looking every 2 hours at the USCIS website....
something happened !!!
they approved the AP and sent the notice.
and they approved the EAD and ordered the new card.
Finally ....!!
I hope they will approve a lot more of us too
have anice day !

Hi everybody ...Just wanted to know what exactly are you supposed to tell the USCIS when you call because it is 90 days that they received the work and travel authorisation applications and that you didn't hear from them?
They received everything from us on the 15th of September, neither the AP or EAD were touched, only the AOS was, first for an RFE and then for transfer to CSC.
We plan on calling them by the end of the week, I am getting crazy at home, I really need to get my EAD so that I can do something...I actually had to decline some work opportunities because I don't have the EAD
Hope everything moves for everybody

to answer,
we filed for AOS AP and EAD, I think we sent all that on the 9th of Sept, they received it on the 15th and the notice dates are 18th of Sept for all three NOAs.
the AP was not touched since the 18th of Sept
the EAD got touched the day 16th of Oct, so the day after the Bio Ap
and the AOS was transfered to CSC on the 1st of Dec, touched on the 2nd and nothing since that

hi everybody!! We are too september filers ...I just checked the case online and it says that our file is being transfered to the California Service Center for processing.... WHat does this mean?? I am so panicked, I don't understand

I came back home an hour ago from the embassy where after several questions from the consular officer I was told visa approved...I can't feel happy right now, I think it is going to come later
I can say ...that was the easiest part in the entire process except I was stressed
I was, for once, very lucky to get a fast approval, I wish you all the same and I wanted to share this good new.

everything is better today ...I called Chronopost this morning because they are the ones taking care of USPS mails in france, they told me I would get the papers on monday
and ....at 12.....when I just get back from the supermarket, there was a car in front of my house ....that was the papers !!!!
I feel so much better, I have everything ready for the interview ...but no me

I hope everybody is doing fine
it is weeks that I did not post ..but today I post to say that I got the appointment letter from Paris embassy, they sent that yesterday and the appointment is on the 30 th !!!! I have everything ready but not the affidavit of support that my Mark sent with usps express at the beginning of the week. I am happy that I get a very quick appointment ( I sent the checklist last week), but I feel so stressed,I dont want to have to post pone the interview because I dont get the affidavit .....

heyyy ...I just wanted to let everyone know that my Mark and I just got an email to say that our petition is approuved.
We was last touched on the 24th of February, then nothing until today ...
the mail say that they approuved yesterday ....on a sunday ....on Easter sunday !!!
I wish everyone the same, I really feel better now, it is so frustrating to wait.
I really don't want to make anyone jealous, or cry ..yes I cried each time I saw people who filed after us get their NOA2 ...
I just want to say ..there is still hope !!

hey ...I was wondering the same and planned on asking the same question.
I won't go to the us until a few months, but when I do, I plan on bringing my cat with me. I already read a little about the kennels and things for the plane, but I would appreciate too to have tips from someone who did bring his pet to the us

qu'est ce qu'on ferait pas pour nos hommes !! Je m'ennuie pas mal à la maiosn et j'avoue que je pensais pouvoir trouver un travail rapidement, jusqu'à il y a peu !! C'est déprimant, j'ai postulé a plusieurs endroits ou je connais des gens, pas de nouvelles du tout. J'ai postulé dans des laboratoires de controle qualité alimentaire puisque le diplome que je me le permet ...rien!! et je suis tellement desespérée, qu'hier j'ai même postulé pour un poste d'hotesse de l'air! J'ai eu une premier réponse pour ça!
Mais j'avoue que ce qui complique un peu la chose c'est que je ne veux pas prendre un travail qui engage de trop puisque l'on veut déménager en aout pour que je retourne a la fac faire un master ....
Et toi ? dans quoi cherches-tu du travail ? Comment fais tu pour occuper ton temps libre ?
En tout cas, bon courage ....je nous souhaite a tous de trouver du travail rapidement, j'en deviens crazy !!
