  1. Alright, thank you for the clarification. I feel more nervous filling out this form than I did the I-130 lol
  2. Hey there! So I've watched YT videos on how to fill out this form as well as searched fb support groups. I'm getting conflicting answers. Which address do I put in Part 2, 2a? My wife's overseas address in the Philippines, or my address (her future address) in the US?
  3. Hey there! I'm the petitioner and USC... filling out the I-864 form as we're finally in NVC stage... I have a couple of questions about it though... First off, how do I sign the form? The instructions are very clear in that the form needs to be signed, but the field where the signature goes...won't accept typed text. Am I supposed to print it and physically sign the form? How then do I recreate the document as a PDF for free?? Second question..."Sponsors Employment and income" page 4, section 6, item 6. I am currently unemployed and have been in the Philippines for the last 6 months with my wife. Previously mentioned item 6 will allow me to check the box for "unemployed since" but won't allow me to add a date...is this another scenario where I need to hand write in the information? I have a cosponsor, but even so, is it going to be looked at negatively if I write that my current individual annual income is $0? I have a house I own in the US that I'm renting out, but it's cash payments under the table... not sure I can count that as annual income as its just a temporary thing until I'm back to the US and the only thing I have to show for it would be bank deposits. I appreciate any insight and advice you can provide me in this situation!
