I am currently in the UK thinking abut visiting my wife and her family for 2 and a half weeks for Christmas and New Year. I have a new 12 month lease and have also been employed at the same business for 4 years. Is it likely i'd be turned away for plans to apply for a CR1 and live in the us from phone conversations even with a lease and employment note? (ps. would i need apply for a new ESTA after being married and visiting a new US address)
