    Hi guys, I recently came into the country on the 17th of February to activate green card. Is it okay to travel back to England where I was before I got the IR1, without getting the physical green card or SSN issued. Just don’t want to be queried at immigration. Please advice.

    Hi All, not sure if this question has been addressed before. I recently got approved for my IR1 visa and just waiting for passport and visa to be returned. When travelling to America do I need to go with my spouse as we have both lived in the UK for the last 11 years and have kids. Can I travel alone and then she can join me afterwards? Do we have to travel to America at the same time?
