  1. 1. Is uploading a photo to ds 160 required? Agency filled out and did not upload photo. Interview scheduled in Feb. 2. Agency put on the 160 that I was travelling with fiance to us along with our duel citizen child. We now realise that this should have been "traveling alone" because our child and I are us passport holders. Interview has already been scheduled. Do we or can we update the 160 correctly without affecting the interview? Is this even a big deal?
  2. My fiance had her medical and passed on Jan 24-25. Had an interview scheduled for Jan 30th. When she arrives they said her appointment was cancelled. We later called the embassy and they said the appointment had been cancelled on Saturday jan 27th. We never cancelled the appointment. Our agency scheduled the apt and did not share the password with us. The agency denied cancelling the appointment. Has this ever happened to anyone? We now have a new apt for feb 13th but am hoping it's not going to be cancelled again when we arrive. Could the embassy have cancelled the apt or ???
  3. We have checked online and our case is in the ready status. We did a public inquiry and received an email with our case number, bit have not received a physical copy of the letter by mail. Do we have to have this letter to go further or will we need it at all?
  4. I have been living in PH until visa approved. May I go with my fiance to the embassy? I am worried about questions on my I-134 unemployed with cash and stocks 20x poverty level for family of 3.
  5. K1 has been approved and are waiting for interview stage. Currently filling out I-134. I have been living in the Philippines for 21 months with fiance. I am unemployed since I came here. We have had a child together and he now holds both US and PH passports. I will be staying here until K1 is approved. Like I said I am unemployed but have around $500-600,000 in cash/stock and bonds much greater than 5x the poverty income requirements for a family of 3. I have all letters from banks and statements and am just wondering if I am worried for no reason or if anyone else has had success using assets only. I plan to regain employment with my past employer very soon after arrival in US. Should I be worried or not?
