Hello, my mother had her immigrant visa interview a month ago. During the interview, she was informed that one document was missing, and they kept her passport and instructed her to send the required document via DHL. It's been three weeks since the document was sent, but we haven’t received any updates yet. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive your passport back with the visa attached after sending the required documents?
