  1. my spouse and i were called in for an interview oct 3 and were recommended approval w hardly any questions. we probably couldve been straight approved (bc maybe she was a supe? when she passed us the pending review decision letter, she said it's "pending review" bc "you know why" (re: joint sponsor forms), not that she couldnt personally approve us. she also had a large book on immigration law in her office lol) if they had the joint sponsor forms, but apparently, our interviewing officer didnt have the documents despite our lawyer paper mailing for us (she sent us the usps(? idr) receipt w tracking). they had the joint sponsor's name the day of the interview somehow though. our officer said the mail was probably lost if we'd mailed the documents in like a month ago and it'd be quicker for us to just bring it in than have them find it. she gave us an entry pass to bring in the sponsor forms ourselves, which we did the day after first thing in the morning. we also were handed a paper from a lady at the front desk confirming receipt. however, yesterday, we STILL received a rfe stating they didnt receive pages 2-10 of the joint sponsor form w the warning that they could deny my spouse if they dont receive all the requested documents in one package. we're probably going to ask our lawyer to mail the documents again, maybe also including the document from the front desk confirming their receipt and the usps receipt w the tracking #, but ive been really worried because im not really sure what to do at this point to make sure they get it. our lawyer, i feel, can also not be the most reliable as evidenced by her entering even her own phone # incorrectly into the application, amongst other reasons. what would yall suggest we do/what do yall think?
