    We submitted our I-130 petition on December 2nd and got our approval on Wednesday! Hopeful that means good news will be on the way soon for other December filers. Full timeline (USC, Spouse): PD: December 2nd, 2022 (Nebraska Service Center) AR1: December 8th, 2022 AR2: October 18th, 2023 Approved: October 18th, 2023 (California Service Center) In early June our processing time was set as "Taking longer than expected" and stayed that way until the morning of October 18th, when it suddenly jumped up to 4 months. Later in the evening on the 18th we found our approval notice in the documents tab. We never got any emails stating an action had been taken.
