Hi everyone. I’m not really new to this forum, I’ve gone through the K-via to citizen process but it’s been so long that I may have forgotten a lot of things along the way.
So, here I am again. I am planning on filing for my Mom and Dad. I would really appreciate your help in getting started.

1. what is my first step, which form do I file?
2. I know the timeline varies, but for
you know the average wait time?
3. will they get a permanent residency or a ten year green card on approval!
