    You can hold off a bit and see if you get the other welcome letter. After your case is documentarily qualified at NVC, what's the next step?

    NVC is the Department of State. NVC used to send letters in the mail, although they email it most often.

    You need to wait. Once you see the approval notice under the documents tab, your case will changed to "approved". After that, it will changed to "sent to the department of state". Once your case is sent to NVC, you will receive an email with the welcome letter and instruction son how to sign in to CEAC and pay your fees.

    Did you guys receive any email immediately after uploading and submitting the forms and financial and civil documents to NVC?
