Yea my wife did, it takes about 2-3 weeks after the interview for them to return the passport due to that closeness of the medical to the interview. But if you try to reschedule the interview, it will add months to the process.

Its not an issue, don't reschedule your appointment, go to the medical and then the interview, the embassy will just hold your passport for a few days until Andrews send them the completed medical
