    NATO-2 is the Visa. I'm unsure if you can adjust from it. If I leave the country for work, as it is a non-immigrant visa, I have to arrive with no intent to stay and convert it to an immigrant visa. My issue is that being in the military I don't have the choice to say no If I'm told to leave the country. After then having left country I would be entering after I have filed an I-130 for example of even my concurrent I-485.

    I don't think I can as I am here on non-immigrant visa. If I filed to Adjust status, due to my job, I may have to leave the country which would annul my application.

    I'm not a US Citizen my wife is.

    Thanks, Unfortunately whilst I am here for about 2.5 years now, I don't think I can apply for I-130 until I step back in the UK. I see that apply for I-130 to getting visa is 400 days maybe on average.

    Hello, If I applied in the UK for I-130 with my spouse and kids in the US, how long would it be until I get an interview and then the Visa from/via the Embassy in London? Would you be able to write out a timeline for each step? I am just trying to work out rough ball park figures so we can plan. Thanks
