  1. Hello everyone! Context -- Our CR1 visa (I-130) was submitted last year to USCIS in August 2022, and was recently Documentary Qualified one month ago: August 29th (yay). My spouse and I are currently waiting for the interview appointment letter/date with the Singapore Consulate. My spouse (applicant) has already signed a job offer based in the USA, and the company is hoping we can relocate by January 2024. I've already contacted NVC via the enquiry portal sharing the above info, but we received a templated response that the Singapore Consulate will provide available dates which will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. This response was expected. We are also expecting a newborn in early November, which adds an extra layer of complexity for the medical appointment, interview availabilities, etc. Question -- I was wondering if anyone has gone through a similar situation recently? Especially if you've gone through the Singapore Consulate scheduling process. This might help us to gauge how much longer we should wait and prepare accordingly. Many thanks in advance for any advice, and apologies if this is the wrong forum/topic for this question. This is my first post!
