  1. This is why I feel like I might get rejected, I'll keep resheduling my appointment date(I read I could do this upto 4 times) till I've got PR, I reckon that should help my case.
  2. Actually, I've applied and secured a date for November but I don't feel confident I'll be able to convince the VO that my ties here especially with my job are strong enough, I've voluntarily moved the interview to next year May, hopefully, my situation would have gotten much better(whatever that would entail) and if not, I keep moving the date. I simply don't want any denial and frankly speaking, I'm not in a rush to visit the states.
  3. Hello I'd like to know what are my chances of getting a B2 visa with my circumstances. I'm a 25 years old single man from Nigeria but I currently live as a temporary residence in the Netherlands working as a Snr. Software Engineer for about 1.7 years. I intend to visit the US this December to visit my sister to spend the holiday for 2 weeks with her, she went as a student (F1 from Nigeria) but now has her GC and while still studying to become a nurse. Since my only tie here in NL is my high-paying job, I'm curious if this would be enough to qualify as a strong tie to be granted my visa. PS: I'll be sponsoring myself during the trip.
