  1. My beneficiary has no access to her USCIS online account, therefore she is not able to get her already approved Travel Authorization ( for her daughter) is there anything I can do to help? Or do I have to apply again for her daughter and make a new account? Thanks

I am new here, I have a question, I am the sponsor, the I-134A has been approved already, I got an update on my USCIS online account with this text September 16, 2023 Travel Authorization Decision Posted On September 16, 2023, we received your travel authorization decision from CBP for Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxx. Please log into your USCIS online account and follow the instructions. I have signed up on my USCIS account, but nothing has changed or see any instructions to follow, I asked the beneficiary to look for an email and to log in her USCIS account and she said that there are no instructions to be follow, what can I do next? Thank you
