Not mad. Sorry if it came over that way. There is nothing you can do to overcome the impact of the relatives overstay on your application. You need to demonstrate to the Interviewing officer that your risk of overstay is v v low. Strong ties to your home country are the best evidence. If you are not a permanent resident in Aust then being on a temporary visa there isn’t a great start. But.. You file the application.. pay the $$ and go to the interview That’s the only way you will know ..
