  1. Little update: Had to get the medical done again since nobody around here in Maryland want to do just the vaccination portion of the i-693. so got the sealed i-693 and sent in all the documents for AOS.
  2. I was initially confused after i-130 comment since none of the online guides or USCIS webpages mentioned it but thank you guys for clarification that I don't need it in my case.
  3. Hi, my SO came to US (with K-1 visa) on Nov 9th and we got married on Nov30th. I am currently preparing documents for AOS but had couple of questions: She had her medical exam done before the interview but didn't get all the required vaccines. She was told she needs Measles, Hep B and Flu shot. We have her DS-3025 form that was emailed to her from the clinic. Do we need to get those vaccines first and include them in the AOS packet? Can we get those vaccines from any pharmacy or does it have to be from USCIS approved places? Another question, do I include her divorce decree from her previous marriage in all applications (I-485, I-131, I-765)? Thanks in advance.
  4. Thanks. Our embassy website says immigration unit supposed to send email instructions regarding next steps but it's been 11 days since "Ready" status but nothing from them yet. I even emailed them asking about next steps but automated email response saying that they'll respond within 10 business days 😞 . They won't answer visa related or case specific questions on the phone so it's been really frustrating. Waiting over the past 11 days felt longer than few months...
  5. Nice! Did you guys receive packet from the Embassy in the mail or via email? Our case has been in ready status since Sept 14, but we haven't got anything from the embassy yet. Yesterday I sent an email asking what the next steps will be since Tashkent embassy doesn't have any specific instructions regarding K1 visa process. However, who knows when they'll reply since automated email response said it can take 10 business days for them to respond... Consulate: Tashkent, Uzbekistan | I-129F Sent: 2022-07-07 | NOA1: 2022-07-12 | NOA2: 2023-07-18 | NVC Left Consulate: 2023-09-12 | Ready: 2023-09-14
  6. 1. you put beneficiary's income as zero. Watched countless videos of how to fill out new i-134 (including some videos made by lawyers) and they said to put zero in there since embassy understands that beneficiary won't have income when they move to US 2. You put Total combined income Also, one more thing-found an issue with the PDF: it seems to auto- copy Beneficiary Name fields values in page 1 to sponsor name fields in page 4, so I might need to do some trickery when it's time to print.
