  1. Hello, My wife had her IR1 visa interview at Islamabad embassy, Pakistan. Interview went well but she didn't bring her computerized (NADRA) birth certificate. CO asked her to send her birth certificate along with her passport, which was sent and received by the embassy 1 week ago. Today her status on CEAC changed from refused to ready but it is strange because it says her case is ready for the interview. Her interview has already been conducted. Has this happened to anyone else, does this mean her visa is ready or she will have another interview? Can anyone help me clarify that please, below is the message i am getting online on ceac "Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. Additional information about how Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled can be found at: http://nvc.state.gov/interview For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV."
