    I just messaged embassy in my home country and they responded same day saying they requests a transfer from NVC. Although I haven’t received any official communication from NVC I have a new case number and can sign into CEAC portal with it. I also contacted NVC asking about timeframe. What they said is that I am DQ’d and my application is waiting for interview appointment. That’s about it.

    I moved my case to my home country. Good luck everyone waiting for Montreal interview. Hope God heard your prayers and backlog gets cleared soon.
