Hello everyone! Is there a person here who won the Diversity Lottery visa for 2024? Please tell me when I need to submit all documents, including I-485. I'm in the US, but I applied for the lottery in my country. I wrote a letter to the immigration service asking to transfer documents from NVC to USCIS since I am in the USA. Does anyone have such experience? I will be very grateful for the answer.
