  1. We married in July 2022, so we plan to move later this year if everything goes fine. Thank you for the idea anyway!
  2. Hello everyone, here once again for another consultation. I am sponsoring my spouse and we are both living in Argentina. have lived here for more than 10 years. As I have a job in Argentina and only filed taxes with income below poverty threshold for year 2022 we are in the plan of finding a joint sponsor(which is getting harder). However, this week I got a remote job based in US which gets me above the Poverty level threshold for our household, and I have resigned my job in Argentina. I plan to continue working from Argentina a few months until the interview and immigrate together. In this case, having a remote job working from abroad with income above poverty level, with intention to return to US ASAP, but only having taxes filed last year 2022 with a small amount of income, would it be possible to sponsor my spouse having this remote job, without the need of a joint sponsor if YET not living in US? Of course I plan to attach job offer, contract, pay slip from first month, resignation letter from previous company, etc. Thank you so much!
  3. Thank for the help! the handwriting note in the I-864 form apart from the statement?
  4. Hello everyone I am the petitioner USC for my husband, we both live in Argentina, and I have just filed only tax return for last year 2022 being below income level but we will be using the help of a joint sponsor. For 2021/2020 I was below minimum income required for filing. So I have income to be informed in most recent tax year + tax return 2022 only. Is it correct for years 2021/2020 in the total income boxes(Part 6 boxes 24.b/24.c)just write N/A plus a statement that I was not required to file taxes for those years? Assuming that I only need last return and don’t comply with income requirements. Thank you in advance for the help!
