    The i130 petition was submitted online , the signature was not written in ink . My Husband spoke to uscis and they told him they could sign it for him , or they would send him an RFE . We don’t know what to do

    My husband (petitioner ) signed the i130 form with my name(beneficiary ) , what can we do now ? Will the petition be rejected ?
