  1. Was on may 5 for my first drug test so that start on may 5 because they call me like 3 time the last 1 was july 21 and after like 3 wee they send me this latter with my pasport

Yea, after the interview they keep my pasport told me follow de doctor they call me 3 times to come over for doing drug test during 3 months after like 2 weeks i did thes last drug test they send me my pasport back with this latter. i would like to know if the 12 months start the they i did the first madical or the that date i see on the latter refusal because like i said they keep my passport for 3 months after they interview for doing drug and i know i was negative on every test because i do not smock since December 2022
  3. No they just send me this latter 1A4 [S212(a)(1) (A) (iv)] - Drug Abuse or Addiction. The applicant is a drug abuser or addict. No waiver is avallable. However, a "CLASS A" inadmissibility finding by the panel physician may be overcome in the future according to CDC guidelines,. The applicant must complete at least 12 months of full, sustained remission in order to overcome the inadmissibility finding. Atter completing 12 months of full, sustained remission, the applicant may write to support-dominicanrepublic@ustraveldocs.com to request a referral for a new medical examination.
