Hello, I need help with my CR1 visa case at the NVC stage. The NVC has rejected my birth certificate and my daughter’s birth certificate twice. We are both Tunisian citizens, but I was born in Libya and my daughter was born in Serbia. We submitted our Tunisian birth certificates with certified translations, and they were also authenticated by the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs However, the NVC still rejected them. Do we need to obtain birth certificates from the countries where we were born, even though I only lived in Libya for six months and have not lived in Serbia? Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I contact usci they tell me all is right with ur petition.
