  1. Yes I sent both letters. After making us wait this long and they go on and loose it! So unfortunate.
  2. What is strange here is I submitted a signed letter of intent to marry in the i129f packet I sent. Could it be that it got lost?
  3. INTENT TO MARRY Submit evidence from the beneficiary xxxxxxxxxxxx of her intention to marry you within 90 days of her admission to the United States as a K-1 nonimmigrant. Evidence of the intention to marry may include: evidence of wedding preparations evidence of ongoing communications correspondence discussing your future and/or marriage evidence of financial support evidence of subsequent meetings evidence of an engagement ceremony evidence your and/or the beneficiary's family and friends are aware of the relationship birth certificates of children born to the relationship statements of intent to marry signed by both you and your fiancé(e) any other evidence that establishes, by a preponderance of the evidence, your mutual intent to marry. Most of the Information asked for is quite similar to what I sent in my initial i129f packet, and another issue here is my fiancée is not currently working but she’s going to beauty school so she really don’t have evidence of financial support. Is it okay if I, the petitioner sends my own evidence of financial support like paystubs, tax returns and a letter from my boss stating my job role and salary?
