  1. Everything is electronic. My wife's exam was at Bumrungrad also. There weren't any issues.
  2. Visa approved October 27th 2023 . Recieved Passport with Visa Stamp on 10/31/23
  3. We received our NVC case number pretty quickly after I-130 approval. Keep us up to date!
  4. Received the following email from the embassy. Does anyone have experience with this? It appears as though they want the proof of relationship (photos, text messages, money transfers, etc.) electronically: (MIV cases with more documents required to be uploaded)    This email contains important information for completing your case before the interview date. *** Please do not reply to this e-mail*** สำหรับภาษาไทยกรุณาอ่านด้านล่าง Dear Applicant: Your immigrant visa interview appointment date has been scheduled on 27-Oct-2023 at 08.30 am. Prior to your interview, you must scan and upload the following documents into the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) website by accessing the following link: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx Petitioner’s heading  -          Evidence of relationship between petitioner and applicant such as photographs etc.   -          All previous marriage and divorce certificate (if any).    Applicant’s heading -          Evidence of relationship between petitioner and applicant such as photographs etc.   -          All previous marriage and divorce certificate (if any).    All civil document(s) which do not come in English, must be submitted with certified English translation from an accredited translation firm. All documents must be uploaded under appropriate heading on CEAC dropdown menu and must be uploaded in the same file. Your documents may be rejected if uploaded under incorrect heading or in separate files. After uploading your documents, you MUST bring all originals to your visa interview. All original documents, excluding your passport, will be returned to you after the interview.
  5. Recieved interview letter on August 15th (approx 3 weeks after DQ). Interview scheduled for October 27.
  6. DQ'd on July 28th. Hoping to hear back soon. Had a weird anomaly prior to being qualified. Received a message in the CEAC that read as follows: "The income reported as stated on form I-864 is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: * Other income * Assets * Proof of current employment Note: You submitted documentation to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview." Has anyone else ever received this? I believe it was an error as my income is a little over 4 times the minimum. I sent an NVC inquiry and received a generic reply saying they would review my documents. A few days later I received two messages that I was documentarily qualified and another message that said I didn't meet the public charge rule (same as above). I will update this thread when I receive the interview letter.
