    Hey everyone i hope you’re doing okay. We got the RFE and my fiance sent them the response about 62 days ago , it passed the time of proccessing and still no update on my case. The kind of evidence that we received was about CRIMINAL CONVICTION DOCUMENTS OR COURT DISPOSITIONS. Because my fiance indicated in the form I-129 that he has been arrested but he wasn’t guilty. he sent them the police and court records as they asked but it still no updates on my case. Today i contacted a live agent on USCIS website and they sent me email saying on it: (You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days) .please what i have to do in this situation ?
