thank you so much. I have no idea why USCIS website is blocked.. So it is correct that: 1 - I will file I-130 and I-130a completely online in my USCIS account. And this is all needed for starting CR1 process, then we just forget and wait? 2 - At the end of the filing, there is a section/page to pay the fee online with US credit card. 3 - Receipt notice is sent to my(Us citizen)'s US address. Is this all correct?

Hello everyone, I have an odd problem. Please help me because I'm stressed about it. I am currently abroad and I am US citizen. I married my Russian wife 2 weeks ago and we want to submit I-130 and I-130a online. I will not return the USA until January but I don't want to wait until I return to submit and start the process. I need to submit it online and I am outside of the USA. Please guide me to the best solution you experienced people can with these 3 questions I have: 1 - How can I pay the fees online? I have my US based credit and debit card. Will it work if I pay the fee online? Or do I need to submit another form for this? 2 - Can I do everything(Both I-130 and I-130a forms and all supporting documents) abroad online? 3 - USCIS website is not available without VPN where i am(Turkey). This is really frustrating me. I can visit website if I use a VPN(chrome extension) but I'm worried if it can mess up my submission or payment. Is this a common problem? Sorry I'm new but I searched and didn't find answers, if people can leave comment for my all 3 questions, I will appreciate. Thank you in advance.
