  1. Ok, and since I am filing in the USA, I assume everything should be in ENGLISH....
  2. Thanks Dashinka! Do they prefer a log of text messages as well??
  3. Hello all, I had a question. For the I129, proof of relationship, does it all need to be printed or do they accept any digital records? Ex. Word docs, etc. Also, should I include a record of text messages too ? Thanks, Jon
  4. Off topic but sort of related 🙂 Just wondering if anyone here met their significant other thru an agency in Ukraine. If so, which one and do you recommend? Thanks all!
  5. Thanks beloved_dingo for the reply. So are you saying that if my employer provides a letter with my salary info, etc. for a year period, I should be ok? Sorry I get confused. If I worked the full year and knew I made ex. $40000, I'd know all is fine. But I only worked since May 2023.
  6. My problem is that I stated my job in May of 2023. I had no income for the since late 2022. Basically I didn't work a full year. So I know next year my income would be well above the 125%. I was just worried about doing K1/I134 in 2023.
  7. Thanks guys! Ok so for the I134/K1 embassy interview 100% $19,720 .......got it
  8. Thanks Mike E. So I am looking at this site: 2023 HHS Poverty Guidelines for Affidavit of Support | USCIS It's just me living alone. So the amount would be $24650 ? Is the left column for everyone or military? That's my confusion....
  9. Do the income requirements change each year? I see different numbers: $22887 , $24650 ... Also is it GROSS or NET ?
  10. Hello all, what is the 2023 minimum income requirement for the K1 visa? Can it be from various sources, not just a job? I am in the USA. Thank you, Jon
  11. Hello all, new here. (Mods please move this if it's in the wrong area) Question: For K1 visa income verification, do they only need the most recent years income/tax forms? I wasn't sure if they needed to see like past 5 years or something. Thanks, Jon
