  1. For what you say, Spain embassy is way faster than the Australia one right? That's also what I saw in posts in VJ.
  2. Hola 👋 For what I can see this thread it takes only around 10 weeks from getting DQd to getting the interview? That's really fast (at least compared with other embassies as the Sydney one). Just to clarify, is this the waiting time after submitting DS-260? I got the I-140 approved on the EB1 category if that counts. I am asking because I am a resident in Australia but an Spain national so I can chose where to have the interview. I posted today about it: I would love to get to that whatsapp group you mentioned please. Can someone send the link? Thank you so much guys!
  3. Yes, As I mentioned I am an Australian Resident and a Spain national. Thank you @Lil bear for your answer. Do you have an idea on how long is it taking for the Sydney embassy to schedule interviews vs Spain? Is there a different backlog for EB1 than for other visas? Thank you so much in advance.
  4. Hi, I'm from Spain but currently living in Australia. I got my I-140 EB1 category approved and I'm about to submit the DS-260 to get an interview in an Embassy. Since I'm a resident from Australia but a national in Spain my lawyers told me I can apply to have the interview in either of the locations. Do you know which one of them should have shorter waiting times? Also from Christmas I am moving to Spain until I get the immigration visa approved so going back and forth from Spain and Australia (literally they are in the antipodes) is less than ideal. Thank you so much for your help.
