  1. We are in the final stages of the green card process for my husband (I am a U.S. citizen) and are just waiting for his interview to be scheduled at the US embassy in London, UK. NVC has already approved all of our documents. We are about to have a baby and he will definitely arrive before the interview takes place. My question is: Do we need to update our documents and resubmit to NVC telling them that we now have a baby? Or can we wait until the interview and my husband tells the embassy then that he now has a baby. The baby is automatically a US citizen because of my own citizenship status, so will not need to be added as an immigrant. The baby also will not change my financial ability to support my husband (I am the sponsor) as I make enough income to support him plus the new dependent.
