  1. thanks . that basically confirms that uscis is going based on when the case is being " actively being reviewed" and not when you submit . this whole time I was thinking that I was with the July applications but since my receipt matches yours I suppose im in august. I applied July 15th 2022. I received my NOA1 august 14th 2022. so yours and my receipt both start with IOE-98 currently on https://www.casestatusext.com/approvals/I-130/IOE-LB the cases getting approved for June are IOE-09
  2. what's your receipt block ? just curious ? I want to see if mine is close to yours or of those in July.. see my other posts mine is Receipt BlockIOE-98-424
  3. this website shows all the cases that are getting approved. it goes based on the receipt numbers and I didn't think it was real at first but it is pretty accurate. you can even click on other peoples receipt numbers and it takes you to their account and shows the " exact message they got from the USCIS " . it will show the beginning of the timeline and ending of the time line . https://www.casestatusext.com/approvals/I-130/IOE-LB
  4. hey I was curious what everyones receipt block is in august. sooo I found this website that tracks the receipt blocks and shows your current status of your case without having to log in. I filed mine in July but my receipt numbers don't match the cases getting approved right now in June or July. so I was wondering if all you august filers could show what your first few numbers are for example mine is " go to this website and simply copy and past your receipt number and. you will have results ...seriously go to this https://www.casestatusext.com/cases/IOE9842460281 Receipt Block IOE-98-424
  5. hey I am following your timeline. my timeline is almost same date as yours. I filed July 15th, 2022. I noticed you updated your timeline and you received your NOA2. I am curious what the actual NOA2 contained for your file. only asking to know what I can be expecting. also did you get a notification when your case was transferred to the Nebraska center?

  6. yes I support this. I don't think the number has anything to do with the order of which cases are approved.
  7. obviously everyones receipt numbers are correct. . TED the guy who thinks he knows which cases will be approved based on the sequence of the numbers that are in the receipt s isn't 100% accurate.
  8. exactly, that guys " tracking " isn't anything to stand on lol. my NOA1 or PD was 5 days before you but yet my receipt # is IOE98
  9. no I'm sure my receipt number is correct. I'm not an idiot. I'm just going to say that you think you know what you are talking about but actually don't. I filed mine electronicaly which is faster than mailing. just because my IOE # isn't matching your " theory " and " tracking skills " doesn't mean I don't know how to read my reciept.
  10. I don't think this prefix is correct. because my priority date is July 15, 2022 and mine is IOE9842. if this is the case then that means mine is far far out. and I'm a US citizen filing I-130. idk if anyone back in February got a message that said due to covid 19 there are back logs and they are mixing the back logs in with everyone else's applications. which is resulting in a longer timeline.
