Has anyone had experience with how long it takes to get an appointment for K1 interview at the Malaysia US Embassy. We’ve been trying to schedule an appointment through the website - but get the “no appointment available” message each time how often should we be checking? Any ideas on how often they open new appointment slots and what times of the day we should be checking since I know there’s a limit to how many times you can check in a single day? We’ve tried calling and emailing as well, but they just say to keep checking the website

Has anyone heard or seen if and when they are going to release an updated i134 financial support form- since the one they still have the old one up on the site

Hi Guys! Hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there We got our NVC case number just this morning via email and its currently in transit to the embassy I just wanted to clarify something - providing all goes well with the interview and the visa is approved - if I'm understanding correctly my fiancé has 6 months from the date the visa is issued to enter the US (I am assuming the date of visa issuance will be the day of interview, please correct me if I am wrong?) - in other words 6 month time clock starts from the day the visa is issued after the interview, not a different date like when the I129F form was approved, or the date of the medical exam or anything like that - cause I've heard a few different things and am now confused and just wanted to be sure Not that we are gonna wait 6 months after the visa is issued, but more for planning purposes, etc Thanks!

Hi Guys! Just had a question - apologies if it’s already been asked Our NOA2 was 5/18/23 The approval notice says it is valid until 9/17/23 (4 months) In seeing the wait times from USCIS to NVC and by the time we get interview I am assuming it will likely be past the expiry date. Does anyone know what we need to in that case, would I need to file for an extension on the approval notice, or do we need to do anything at all in regards to this? thanks so much! hopefully things start to speed up
