    Ok thank you so much. Will do that. Someone suggested that I download the I-130 form and put two lines across my wife’s name and write my name in the box. What do you think of that ?

    Thanks for your response. Do you think I should send a new I-130 of the signature page with petitioners signature (that’s me) in unsolicited evidence or mail it to them with an explanation. I’m so scared, I don’t want them to deny my case. Can I also call them? Sorry I’m asking too many questions, I’m really scared.

    It was a mistake. I filed online and it’s the name I put. I thought it said beneficiary. Why did you say they didn’t catch the error, you think they would have rejected it or I wouldn’t have been sent a receipt notice if they did?
