    Just got our IL! DQ'd 8/18, got interview appointment in late October. Hooray!

    Hi--Waiting for DQ now, hoping it comes early next week. Does anybody know around when the cut off was in July for September ILs? Hoping we will make it in for October ILs but would love anyone's thoughts or experiences on when the cut off has been the past few months.

    Hello, Our I-130 petition for CR1 was approved 20 days ago and we still haven't received a Welcome Letter email from NVC. It says we can't raise an inquiry with NVC for 45 days, but we are all ready with documents to submit the application and this delay is really distressing. Has anyone else faced this/is there anything we can do/anyone we can contact to see why the delay is happening/how to get the letter? Thanks! I'm USC, my husband is UK citizen. PD: 6/28/22 AR1: There was one but don’t remember when and it’s not listed AR2: 6/9/23 Approval found in documents: 6/9/23 Approval: 6/12/23 Sent to State Dept: 6/15/23

    Hello, This question is specifically for people who have applied for police certificates since April when the ACRO website was hacked and the application process was moved to email. Can people please respond with the amount of time it took to get the certificate in hand? It currently says 15 working days, but I have been hearing anecdotally it can be even longer. I am looking to find what the average has been recently. We have just submitted ours and our application is hinging on it going smoothly so suffice to say- I am curious! Thank you!
