hi there, our family appt was on 17th Jan, 2024 and we stood in front of office for 2 hours however office was closed and next day we were told to book another appointment online. we are trying to book appointment on uscis, however it does not allow to book, a new window pops up saying "404error". I am desperately waiting for EAD. Can anyone help with that or anyone experienced same issues in Nashville area? thank you

Hisband has experience in stock exchange but i believe has less education. He has bachelors degree. However his brother is in US and is Canadian citizen and sister is Canadian citizen Thanks

Thanks, I see. She has masters in English and has diploma in Montessory. Her husband's brother is in US on TN visa and soon he will get green card. Is she eligible to apply for any kind of immigration or visa? Or she should wait till brother gets green card?

Hi there If someone wants to apply for family immigration or work visa as she is well qualified and an elementary school teacher in Pakistan. Her husband's brother in US as TN holder. What is the best way to apply? Should she apply as work visa and how does she apply for job? Or she should apply for family immigration. Would appreciate some help. Thank you

thanks Sinead 91, so how long is the process in both options? The first option is favorable if takes less time if i get accepted here The second option, does the employer need to file I-129? or is it just job letter i need to show at border when I am entering from Canada? TIA

hi there, i am in US currently as a TN dependent. if i want to apply for TN after applying for work here and once its accepted, can i apply for TN by myself? I have gone through TN professional list. Does Employer need to provide any letter other than a job letter? Do I apply for I 129? how does it work. i would like to put least burden on employer. Any leads on this topic? thanks in advance!
