hi there, our family appt was on 17th Jan, 2024 and we stood in front of office for 2 hours however office was closed and next day we were told to book another appointment online. we are trying to book appointment on uscis, however it does not allow to book, a new window pops up saying "404error". I am desperately waiting for EAD. Can anyone help with that or anyone experienced same issues in Nashville area? thank you

Hisband has experience in stock exchange but i believe has less education. He has bachelors degree. However his brother is in US and is Canadian citizen and sister is Canadian citizen Thanks

Thanks, I see. She has masters in English and has diploma in Montessory. Her husband's brother is in US on TN visa and soon he will get green card. Is she eligible to apply for any kind of immigration or visa? Or she should wait till brother gets green card?

Hi there If someone wants to apply for family immigration or work visa as she is well qualified and an elementary school teacher in Pakistan. Her husband's brother in US as TN holder.
