    Yes, I will recommend sending a message to USCIS. Cleveland office usually holds an oath ceremony at least twice a month near downtown Cleveland and once a month near Toledo. https://www.ohnd.uscourts.gov/naturalization-schedule

    No restrictions, those used to apply during the pandemic only.

    July 13th info was updated, and the letter was available online. Then we got a physical copy in the mail a few days later.

    my mom's oath notification came in today for early august ceremony. Good luck, everyone!

    Ahh I see. May be take a long weekend, get naturalized, enjoy the greater Cleveland afterwards. We are less than 5 miles from downtown. Will let you know when my mom gets her oath schedule.

Looks like Cleveland hosts oath ceremonies at least twice a month : https://www.ohnd.uscourts.gov/naturalization-schedule I don't see any dates where they skipped...in fact they added additional/special ceremonies for June and July. Since it has been more than 30 days, I think it's worth for you to give USCIS a call.

    Not yet. That's why I was asking you how long did it take for you to change from "Oath ceremony will be scheduled" to " Oath ceremony scheduled" status.

    Did your mom got a waiver also for oath? It's the question on part 4 of N648 where doctors are supposed to check yes or no?

    Is it a good idea to have somone else who is NOT a family member as translator ? Did USCIS ask for a non family member?
