The longer it takes them to post the dates.... the more time they have before getting all the phone calls from us crazy people in love.

A'bad office would always asks some stupid things to many people before issuing PCC. You may want to use James's shortcuts to create DS-230 Coversheet, and DS-230 checklist from mumbai consulate. You don't have to exact change barcode but tell your wife to show these papers as a proof to receive PCC.

You would need to send a copy of SSN, and copy of ITIN page to IRS to update IRS's records. You can either walk in to your local IRS office or send mail with copy of both to below address. For inquiry you may call (212) 516-4846.

Congrats....I also jumped out of chair when I saw case transfer e-mail today, Aug 26.

I am Feb filer and got transfered today, Aug 26th.

Are you checking NVC automated system? I think it usually gets updated on every few days.

I got e-mail from USCIS just now. I thought I got approved but they transfered my case to CSC.

Another waiting starts now.

It was painful in the beginning but after while I got used to pain.

I was checking E-mail after 2-3 days thinking about NOA2, but didn't see any e-mail from USCIS . After going through several e-mails, new e-mail popped up. In the subject it says "Case Status Information for ......" . I immediately jumped off from chair . I thought it was NOA2 but looking at details I found out that they transferred my case to CSC .

Well, better than no activity for few months.

It is wild guessing but I think VSC is still working on H1B and Citizenship cases to be finished before elections. They just don't care after you get citizenship

You seems to got very nice person at NVC. Many times people have hard time getting even IIN.

Keep in mind that NVC never officially announced rollout of online payment system. This online payment system is hosted by 'Department of Treasury' and NVC is 'Department of State'. It takes years to get agreement between two very bureaucratic government departments on topic such as payment processing.

It seems that a person who maintains spreadsheet at Vermont retired or quit about 3-4 months ago and they can't seem to find any qualified replacement since then. :rofl:

Pappu I will be starting from home at 10:00PM since she lands at 11:25PM. She will be out at around 1:00AM only. I already bought rose flower to her and kept it in the vase filled by water... Also, I'll post her POE experience too, the last one in this process

Since you put Fatima's very detailed interview while sitting in CT; we except much more detail of Fatima's POE experience.

Now you have a choice to make when you come home from work (1)Computer + VJ (2) Fatima.

I am sure you would pick second option.

Currently you must be hearing tick tick from each clock... sound will grow louder and louder by each tick... I hope she breeze past through POE at Newark..... B)
