    Seems completely random. I filed the first week of May and did the K3 two weeks after that. Both cases at CSC. My status says "taking longer than expected" so no timeline is there. Fortunately once the I-130 is approved, the rest should go fast as the Embassy in Bangkok is fairly speedy. Hoping she can move here in April 2024.

    My case just went from 2 months to "taking longer than expected". From what I have seen, this is generally a good sign.

    Wow! That is incredible! Hope mine goes fast. What was your estimated time of waiting per the USCIS? Mine is saying 4 months now.

    I was married in Thailand on 4/7/2023 and filed the I-130 online on May 6. NOA1 received same day and on May 8 status is in active review. Looks like Texas will get the case. Hoping for less than 13 months, but we will see. Good luck everyone! If thread already exists, feel free to merge.
