    My wife and I are currently waiting for an I-130 application to be approved. I am a US citizen and she currently resides in the Philippines. She is contemplating applying for a workers visa in the Philippines as she has worked there in the past. Will applying for another workers visa and working in another country have any negative impact on our current application with USCIS? What challenges will we encounter if/when it is approved and she is currently in Japan?
