Generally you would take relationship evidence since the wedding. With a K1 going through AOS, it may not be a lot.
Good Luck!
Thanks! I guess two pictures and call it a day; I'd rather keep it simple than including our 6 years if flight tickets, pictures, etc if all it will do is overwhelm for no reason.

K1 moved to US on Sept 2023, married end of that month.
Will it be a redundancy to include bona fide relationship evidence? Just trying to not to bloat the application if not required. Thanks!

In the applicant's Birth Certificate there's has a note stating a name change when she was 2 years old (now over 30). We can supplement the AOS app with another document officiating that name change, however, I don't see anywhere in the instructions to attach name change documentation, and we are not using any document that has the old name. Is attaching this name change document required (or advisable)?
Thanks!

The K-1 visa is treated as an immigrant visa during some processes of the application. You are a K-1 so some portions will be considered immigrant and other parts non-immigrant. The spousal visa will always be immigrant.
Thank you, I appreciate you assisting me in understanding this part of the process.

You can check the status on line. If you have the appointment and medical that is the big part. You must just email them at ivbogota@state.gov. If they don't send you a letter by your appointment date you will be denied. An email trail is better than a phone call. You can print out your attempts by email. Not with phone calls. Good luck

To clarify, I meant about this the address being for immigrant visas.

Out if curiosity, did they give you any issues sending the email to that address, considering my visa application is K1?

You won't get a package in the mail. You will get a email with your next steps.
Thank you Biliz. When we called, we did not had received the instructions yet, however we were able to schedule both the interview and the medical.
My fiance (beneficiary) asked them via email for a status and they did not provided anything. I suspect because she is not the petitioner. I emailed them today, hopefully I receive them.
I appreciate you giving me that advice!

The NVC sent our case to the Bogota embassy and updated it as "Ready" 14 days ago.
We have not received the instructions package and called the embassy last week. They said the case was ready and that we can schedule the interview, and so we did, however we are aware that we need the instructions letter to be able to interview.
We have not received the letter yet, how long is it generally taking for the bogota embassy to send it? Seems a bit concerning that they say it's ready by phone, yet we get nothing.
Applicant had a name change to current more than 30 years ago. Is it required to attach evidence of name change on the application?

Thanks! We did just that, hopefully it suffices.
