    There is definitely a possibility that the I-751 interview will be waived. That’s what happened when my wife and I showed up for what we thought was our combo interview, and the interviewer told us that my wife didn’t have to come in at all. I just did the citizenship test, and that was it. Everything was approved within a couple of hours after. You will absolutely have to do the citizenship interview though.

    We were never explicitly told to bring my spouse with me for my interview, but she came along anyway as we knew there was a high probability of a combo interview. Now, my wife was never called in on the day and my I-751 and N-400 were approved on the day, but the interviewer did mention that it was a good thing that my spouse was with me all the same, just in case any issue arose. She should 100% go with you to avoid any delays int he future.
