You will need to explain the situation during the interview but she did not plan on getting married visiting you, so you will be fine.
Read the guides, you will need to file I-130, I-485, Travel Authorization and EAD (Employment Card) all together. She can not leave US until she gets Travel Authorization. EAD card will allow her to work. It will take 3-4 month to get these documents. She then needs to apply for Social Security number and can start working.
You will need the marriage certificate to start the process.
It is written in the guides, just follow them. You will need to fill out some paperwork, you can start getting used to the forms right now!
The other possibility would be to get married, she starts her job in Canada and you file for CR1. She will have to move to Canada though and you would be seperated. The process is similar, but the interview would be in Canada for her.
    Again, read the guides!
    Wishing you luck.

I don't know how difficult it is to get a tourist visa being from Egypt, but I guess you have to take the chance to apply for one.
    Read about the embassy.
Get a lot of documentation to show your ties to Egypt: Letter from your employer what kind of position you have and that your are not temporarly employed, lease agreement not cancelled, bank statement, car, insurance for car, etc. whatever you have!
Then try and be honest(!) in the interview. Tell the IO that you met a girl online and that you want to go visit her because it is safer for you to visit her than her coming to you. You want to visit her for xx days and your employer agreed for that vacation time (if you have a statement from your employer about that, great). You also have the funds for the round-trip ticket (get information about the costs online and proof that you have the funds). If the relationship will turn out more serious the two of you will probably apply for a K-1 (you will leave Egypt with the visa to get married in US in 90 days). But this is way in the future, you never met, you need to find out whether you are meant for each other.
The other possibility would be a CR1 meaning you get married and then apply for the CR1. It will be finalized in Egypt, so you have to go back to Egypt for that.
But you never met, so take it slow!
    Wishing you luck.

I probably would wait until you have the new address and file then to the correct service center. USCIS is not really the best with keeping track when you move. I would not want them to have my file move around! Too much getting lost.
You can get everything ready to file, when you have your new address, fill it in the forms and off the envelope goes!
It is ROC so it really doesn't matter whether you file 90 day ahead of time or 10 days before your GC experation date. You will get the letter of extension for 1 year and all will go its way.
There is no advantage of filing as early as possible.
Have fun in FL, it is really warm already (we live in the northern part of FL).
    Wishing you luck.

You always have a cover letter to explain!
    I would send:
Joint filed taxes 2010 (get the transcripts of IRS, it takes about 5 -10 days to get them mailed, but they are the best. I think you can also get them faxed which is faster!)
Copy of the 'new' life insurance
Copy of the car insurance listing both of you as drivers (if not done yet)
Copy of car registration (best if they are in both of your names, but if one is to you and one is to your wife it at least shows the same address!)
Statement of the broker for health insurance why it is not possible to have a joint one, but copy of each of yours showing same address!
    Copy of the business agreement
Copy of the bank account in her name, showing over the 2 year span of your marriage debits and credits that belong to both of you (e.g. paying your credit card, paying utility bills in both of your names, distributions to both of you, etc.) with copies of the bills paid, etc. Make it easy to identify, highlight the debit or credit, write a number, number the copies explaining the credit or debit. Show this for say 5 statements over the 2 years, showing 3 - 5 things on each statement.
Did you submit joint utility bills (cable, cell phone, water, internet, phone, electricity...)? I know they are sometimes hard to get, but they are good to have.
If it is not a big deal for you to get the bank account changed now and you want to do this (there might be a reason why it is better not to (liabilty, etc.)) then have it done.
    Then explain in your letter:
The house we are living in, was my wife's house before we got married. We agreed that I will not be added to the title.
No joint health insurance because ... (attached please find the statement of our insurance broker and copies of the individual insurance ...)
The bank account mostly used for 'normal' stuff was the account my wife already had. She is handling our private finances with that account, and we just forgot about adding me to it. As the attached copies show our marital household was managed over that account. After talking to our bank manager I was added to the account on xxxx. It will make things easier for me, if my wife is not able to handle the finances for whatever reason.
This should show proof about your marriage.
    Wishing you luck.

Take the invitation letter of the conference and maybe some email you have with your former collegues regarding the conference and your attendance there.
You have a return ticket. You have somewhere to live in France, etc.
Just take some proof and you should be fine. If you are asked about your fiance answer honest but make clear you are returning to spend Christmas with your family and that your fiance is coming to France for Christmas.
    You should be fine.
My (now) husband came visiting me without a problem.
